Yes, we can. The options of raising the rent are adjusted in the Civil Code. If you have an inflation clause in the contract, the rent value is increased with the inflation rate automatically every year. In the course of duration of the lease contract, it is, however, possible to unilaterally raise the rent without mutual agreement.
The notice period is 3 months and results from the Civil Code, unless agreed otherwise in the lease contract. The notice period starts running on the first day of the month following the month, in which the notice was sent to the lessor.
During the year you pay deposits for services and consumed energy. Once in a year we will prepare the posting calculating your actual annual consumption. You will receive the posting in June of the following year at the latest.
When handing over the apartment we will fill in a handover protocol with you describing the current condition of the apartment. All damage beyond usual use is your liability. It is also important that you report damage in time as well as repairs that are our responsibility, and that you subsequently let us repair such damage (let the repairman in the apartment upon agreement etc.). It is you who is liable for damage caused by your idleness.
