For smooth communication, it is important that we have up-to-date information. The options of raising the rent are adjusted in the Civil Code. If you have an inflation clause in the contract, the rent value is increased with the inflation rate automatically every year. Once in a&nbsp;year we will prepare the posting calculating your actual annual consumption. All damage beyond usual use is your liability. It is also important that you report damage in time as well as repairs that are our responsibility, and that you subsequently let us repair such damage (let the repairman in the apartment upon agreement etc.).
